Thank you for supporting Elements! We've been hard at work in the Second Gear garage making a new version that adds many features of the features you've requested.
[NEW] Added support for opening Markdown files via third-party apps into Elements.
[NEW] Added '.text' to the list of Markdown file types so the file icon shows up properly.
[NEW] Added printing support for iOS 4.2 users.
[NEW] Added monospaced font (Bistream Vera Sans Mono)
[CHANGE] Markdown preview is now visible for all file types rather than being restricted to just Markdown file extensions.
[CHANGE] Fattened up the back button
[FIX] Improved iOS 4.2 experience for iPad users.
[FIX] No longer trying to set the parent document if the parent doesn't exist.
[FIX] Resolved issue where preferences wouldn't update instantly.
